- You will have primary responsibility of supporting and developing Site of Care (SOC) strategies and tactics for our portfolio of products in the In-Office-Infusion (IOI), non-IOI, and emerging channels in Rheumatology and Gastroenterology therapeutic areas.
- You will be the primary marketing contact for the Area Business Specialist (ABS) field team and collaborate across the full Integrated Account Team (IAT).
- You will utilize insights generated from advisory boards, market research, and our commercial excellence team to inform SOC strategies and solutions to enable access to our products for patients.
- You will be an integral member in evolving our contracting strategy with our products for our customers.
- You will develop and shape innovative customer facing resources for existing and emerging channel customers in which our brands compete.
- You will ensure consistency of execution among all SOC promotional materials, and you will closely collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve our internal and external implementation of promotional assets.
- You will be responsible for the CAC review/approval process for SOC promotion related resources/materials

- A minimum of a B.A. or a B.S. degree is required, and an MBA is helpful.
- A minimum of 7 years business experience, of which at least 5 years of successful and dynamic experience in Sales, Sales leadership, Sales Learning & Development, Marketing, Payer or related fields.
- Your ability to be creative, hardworking, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental.
- You will need to demonstrate excellent leadership and social skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team to be successful.
- Your experience of handling multiple demands and priorities on time, leading teams, gaining alignment and drive decision-making is crucial to the success of this position.
- Ability to work in the Horsham, PA office 3 days a week and may require travel up to 30% domestically.
- Experience with office based contracting and Infusion operations is preferred.
