Job Title: Project Manager – UKG Time & Absence ImplementationLocation: Remote within US, flexibility availableDuration: Initial 6 Months (with potential for extension)Start Date: ASAPAbout the RoleSeeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) for Time and Absence across the U.S. & Canada operations of a large (Fortune 250) client. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.Key Responsibilities· Manage the end-to-end implementation of UKG Time & Absence modules.· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.· Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Payroll, IT) and UKG implementation partners.· Lead project meetings, track progress, and resolve issues proactively.· Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.· Ensure alignment with business requirements, compliance standards, and change management protocols.· Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders.Required Qualifications· Hands-on experience implementing UKG Time & Absence solutions (minimum 2 years).· Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex HR technology projects.· Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.· Familiarity with timekeeping, absence management, and related compliance requirements.· PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
