- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Schedule and carry out planned maintenance and unplanned repair activities on facility equipment, occasionally including tasks outside of the regular business hours and with third-party vendors
- Receive, claim, and finalize facilities maintenance requests in Facilities Management Express
- Support the facilities department's planned projects and collaborate with various departments to support their projects from a facilities perspective
- Schedule and carry out planned inspections and audits with local vendors or officials
- Broad knowledge of Facilities related systems, Including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Suppression
- Ability to build relationships
