Known for its collaborative culture, flexible environment, and commitment to professional growth, this firm is actively seeking a Tax Manager to join their team.If you’re a seasoned tax professional seeking a better balance, stronger leadership, or just the right long-term fit — this is a great opportunity to align with a team that values your experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple tax engagements (corps, partnerships, HNW individuals)Deliver strategic tax planning and identify tax-saving opportunitiesReview complex returns and research technical issuesAct as a trusted advisor and build strong client relationshipsMentor and develop junior staffStay current on tax law changes and ensure complianceContribute to business development effortsQualifications:CPA or EA requiredBachelor's in Accounting or related field (Master’s in Tax a plus)5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on taxStrong technical knowledge of federal and state tax codesProficiency in tax software (CCH, ProSystem, UltraTax, etc.)Ability to work independently in a remote setupWhy This Firm?
