Job Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking a proactive and dependable Facilities & Safety Coordinator to support daily operations at our Sumner, WA facility. This role is essential to maintaining a secure, safe, and well-organized workplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for identifying safety concerns.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and control door security to ensure authorized access to the buildingAssist employees and visitors with building access and key card supportEnforce parking lot policies and ensure compliance with company guidelinesConduct regular walkthroughs of the production floor to identify and report safety hazardsCreate and issue employee badges and manage access credentialsServe as a liaison between operations and HR, reporting any issues or concerns observed on the floorSupport general facilities maintenance and workplace organization as neededQualifications:Prior experience in facilities coordination, security, or safety monitoring preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and respond quickly to operational needsComfortable walking the production floor and interacting with employees across departmentsBasic computer skills for badge creation and access managementReliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environmentPay Details: $25.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
