
Marketing Excellence Intern – Spring/Summer 2026

- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to document end-to-end marketing workflows using tools like Microsoft Visio.
- Conduct interviews with key stakeholders - including regional leads and cross-functional partners - to gather insights on current practices and regional nuances.
- Develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs), including step-by-step guides, checklists, and process overviews to support global consistency.
- Analyze existing documentation and processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Organize and maintain marketing documentation in a centralized knowledge management platform (e.g., SharePoint) for easy access and long-term use.
- Gain exposure to senior leadership, including the VP and Heads of Global Marketing, while learning about all facets of marketing - from market research to customer activation.
- An undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028, a master's, graduate or MBA student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics or Economics
- Strong ability to gather, interpret, and analyze complex information to develop clear, fact-based recommendations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio for process mapping and documentation
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a structured approach to problem-solving

- This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
- The anticipated start date for this internship is spring 2026 (as of January 2026) and the anticipated end date is end of summer (August 2026).
- This position requires you to work 20 hours/week during the spring semester and 40 hours/week in summer.
