The Sales Representative will meet with customers, develop strong relationships, and drive growth through new business development. The role requires direct engagement with customers on topics such as business management, problem resolution, and sales strategy.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; engineering or technical background a plus
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and key partners
  • Learn and communicate the fundamentals of various electroplating processes
  • Manage expenses to optimize territory coverage
  • Moderate travel required
