- Conduct analysis, organize data, and provide overall RWE support
- Conduct problem identification and recommend future solutions
- Integrate new concepts into existing simulation tools
- Systems Engineering, analysis, or model and simulation experience
- Experience in computer-based analytical tools such as Matlab and Python and office applications / MS Office
- Ability and willingness to work non-standard work hours as necessary
- Interim DoD Secret Clearance prior to start
- Integrated Air and Missile Defense experience
- Understanding of Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and/or the U.S. Army practices
- Knowledge in preparing written or oral presentations
- Experience in CONOPS development, threat modeling, or with technical presentations/design reviews.
- Hardware In the loop (HWIL) analysis background
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
- MDA, PM Shield, or other defense customer interaction
- Experience working small technical teams
- Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
