
Manager, Systems Architecture - Quality Engineering

- Technical Expertise: Strong background in 4G / 5G end to end wireless communications systems, architecture, protocols and infrastructures as well as IP and cloud, with deep understanding of how new technologies and services impact network elements and performance. Deep understanding of what network aspects drives customer Quality of Experience for various services. Experience with LTE and 5G core network nodes interworking, capacity modelling, Quality of Service planning and dimensioning of Cloud native functions. Demonstrates use of technology to solve business problems, ability to do cost/benefit trade-off analysis.

- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
- 5+ years of technical engineering experience
- 2 years of people management experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship building skills
- Strong leadership & management skills, including strategic thinking, self-awareness, and empathy.
- Strong interpersonal skills including listening skills and ability to build consensus across teams.
- Strong Knowledge of Wireless Network Architecture, Technologies and concepts.
- Strong demonstrated technical writing and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency for organizational/team goal setting.
- Strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science or in a computer programming related field
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
