- Achieve or exceed aggressive sales budget while maintaining a specific trade accrual plan.
- Strategically plan for and manage account proposals, programs, promotions, and timelines to ensure that sales opportunities are identified and properly pursued.
- Develop new business by growing the retailer(s) portfolio of products.
- Provide monthly reports to management on key opportunities, new business, market trends, and competitive data.
- Track POS data within accounts and report sales movement and trends while making corrective actions as needed.
- Manage broker partners as required for account-specific needs.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales/marketing experience with National Brands, with selling experience at Kroger being a must.
- Location: Home-based in Cincinnati or similar market.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 30%.
