Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Owner in Middleton, WI. Summary: We're building a new UX-focused team dedicated to improving the experience of technology end users-especially around endpoint performance, virtual machines, and policy administration systems. As the Product Owner, you'll be the face of this team, driving continuous improvement and defect resolution across enterprise platforms like video conferencing, desktop virtualization, and Windows 11. This is a unique opportunity to join a team in its early stages and shape its direction. You'll lead cross-functional efforts, pulling in talent from engineering, help desk, and strategic execution teams to deliver meaningful change. Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Owner will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the UX team
  • Own and prioritize the backlog for endpoint-related improvements (desktop and virtual machines)
  • Drive defect resolution and performance enhancements across enterprise systems
  • Champion user experience improvements in areas like video quality, Wi-Fi performance, and virtual machine responsiveness
  • Lead delivery using Kanban and other agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with security, privacy, and strategic execution teams to ensure alignment and compliance
  • As a Product Owner, you will facilitate testing and validation of new solutions
  • Navigate organizational structures to gain buy-in and drive adoption
  • Focus on process and change management-not just technology
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Scrum Master
  • Experience with Kanban and agile delivery frameworks
  • Strong understanding of endpoint technologies and user experience principles
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Zoom, Teams, and Windows 11
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
