- Design, develop, and maintain web applications and services using modern frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
- Write clean, testable code and implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain and troubleshoot production systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver roadmap features and improve platform capabilities.
- Focus on performance, scalability, and security.
- Rotate between a scrum team and a discovery squad
- Drive the discovery process and propose innovative solutions to solve real, customer-facing challenges
- Fostering a culture of experimentation
- Partner with stakeholders from multiple domains to help shape strategic direction and ensure the platform remains resilient and competitive in a rapidly evolving industry
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, providing them with the knowledge and skills needed to grow in their roles.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and to provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
- Assist in providing technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring that best practices are followed.
- Help with regularly updating stakeholders on progress and challenges, ensuring clear and effective communication.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related field
- Proficiency in C#, React and SQL
- Able to be in-office a minimum of two, 8-hr working days per week
- Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
- Experience working with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, or a strong curiosity and desire to incorporate AI into future development work
- Experience breaking down large concepts into actionable feature sets
