- Managing and organizing content marketing assets and libraries
- Assisting with social media reporting and generating insights
- Supporting digital ad campaigns through management and reporting
- Conducting SEO research to improve online visibility
- Playing a role in project management and task coordination
- Assisting with research and analysis of marketing trends and opportunities
- Contributing to Salesforce database updates and organization support
- Participating in the creation, editing, and management of training and marketing content, including videos and other media
- Actively contributing during team meetings and discussions
- High School Diploma required; ideally pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Must reside in the United States.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and contribute across multiple marketing functions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Demonstrated reliability and accountability in meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative spirit combined with a positive attitude and humility.
- Familiarity with digital tools like social media platforms, project management software, and CRM systems is a plus, though not mandatory.
