- Wins & secures turbomachinery market customer specification & preference for Regal Rexnord’s full portfolio of coupling products.
- Drives profitable share gains at key accounts, segments, and regions with specific portions of the Rexnord portfolio.
- Coordinates and supports share gain activities at top global Energy strategic accounts. Identifies, prospects, and supports Strategic Account and Vertical Account activities to grow share at new strategic accounts.
- Partners with Commercial Operations to create standard operating procedures in Salesforce to document and track activities related to share growth.
- Manages, supports, and grows the top account opportunity funnel by leveraging new/differentiated products and previous successes into “look-alike” account locations.
- Assists Strategic Account Managers / Vertical Account Managers in the monitoring, development, implementation, and communication of strategic account initiatives to ensure alignment of the customer offering (product, placement, promotion, and pricing) and functions (Marketing, NPD, sales, and operations)
- Develops and supports strategic relationships with key decision makers at identified highgrowth/complex strategic account OEM’s, End Users, and Engineering firms.
- Acts as Regal Rexnord’s solution expert for strategic accounts, including leading value proposition & technical product presentations, supporting customer visits and plant tours, webinars, and specification influence activities. Becomes a trusted advisor for Rexnord’s solutions at the end customer.
- Develops customer value propositions for Couplings products by utilizing a value-based methodology. Deploys value propositions into customer-facing content (e.g., web pages, media, events, etc.) and sales enablement deliverables (e.g., training, collateral, etc.).
- Provides product technical support to Account Managers / Vertical Account Managers and channel partners.
- Captures voice-of-customer by identifying market problems via customer engagement & observation. Articulates market needs and champions ideas that solve customer problems as part of the NPD process.
- Logistics & Operations: Expediting, quality issues, checking/confirming dates, holding orders, and conducting follow-ups through sales process.
- Leads a team by performing full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to interviewing, hiring, coaching, developing employees, planning, assigning, directing work, and performance management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering, economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in progressive Sales roles required, including previous experience influencing or mentoring teams required. Previous sales experience in Turbomachinery market strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including proven experience instilling trust with customers and key stakeholders.
- Previous experience managing complexity and effectively balancing multiple priorities.
- Experience applying strong business acumen, specifically Sales and/or Sales Operations Management
- Ability to drive change transformation and disciplined continuous improvement mindset through the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proven understanding of CRM and BI Tools.
- Valid automobile drivers license.
- Travel: 50%
