The OpportunityDelaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a Seasonal Restaurant Manager to join our team at Skyland Lodge in Shenandoah National Park, Virginia. Housing and 3 meals per day are provided at no cost.PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46100 - $62200 / yearIn addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities
  • Administration of all restaurant and bar related functions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Hire, train, and manage an effective team, providing feedback on their job responsibilities and alignment to Delaware North programs.
  • Research and develop new policies, procedures, menus, and control policies that elevate service standards and accountability of staff.
  • Coordinate menus and alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards.
  • Drive a company vehicle as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a high volume restaurant environment required.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience supervising/leading a team within a high volume restaurant environment required.
  • Ability to communicate through oral and written skills with staff, creating a positive work environment.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to work all shifts including, weekends and holidays required.
