- Responsible for all aftermarket (AFM) sales and quote generation.
- Proactively sell spare parts, change parts, and consumables at Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and other key customer touchpoints.
- Promote and sell new parts, services, and consumables to customers.
- Quote parts, consumables, and services as requested by existing and new customers.
- Monitor expiring warranties and promote extended service contracts and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Drive development and sales of MSA agreements and renewals.
- Develop and sell annual and/or multi-year AFM Service Contracts to key accounts.
- Track AFM sales, costs, and profitability in support of financial goals and metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, parts sales, and service activities in Salesforce CRM.
- Serve as the primary contact for AFM customer communications, fielding calls, responding to inquiries, and managing customer expectations regarding pricing, delivery timelines, and service availability.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership on business development strategies and sales execution plans.
- Participate in go-to-market (GTM) sales and forecasting meetings.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional support via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Generate aftermarket (AFM) quotes for parts, consumables, and services as requested by customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service activities in Salesforce CRM.
- Serve as the primary contact for AFM customer communications.
- Field incoming customer calls, respond to inquiries, and route technical questions to the appropriate team members.
- Manage customer inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure timely communication and follow-up.
- Establish and manage customer expectations regarding pricing, delivery timelines, and service availability.
- Coordinate consumables order fulfillment and assist in scheduling preventive maintenance (PMs) and service under MSAs.
- Work closely with the Aftermarket Service Manager to provide timely data, customer details, and sales information for order execution.
- Collaborate with Finance/Accounting to ensure timely billing and collections on aftermarket sales and service.
- Willingness to travel overnight as needed; valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 1-2 years of outside sales experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical manufacturing or any after-market sales experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Salary range: 60-70k
