- Identify and leads mutually defined client clinical asset cost optimization initiatives.
- Provide analytics and project management support for client initiatives.
- Track and report the financial and operational benefits achieved from completed initiatives.
- Work with client leaders to establish the TRIMEDX toolset as the single “source of truth” for the enterprise’s clinical asset inventory and associated asset performance data.
- Supports the development and maintenance of a multi-year capital planning using proprietary TRIMEDX tools and benchmarking data.
- Support client CAPEX budgeting processes and CAPEX deployment prioritization decisions.
- Conduct research to support asset technology evaluations and cost/benefit analyses.
- Works with client leaders to identify opportunities for asset retirements and redeployments to optimize OPEX costs, preserve CAPEX and support organizational growth.
- Develop high-touch and high-trust relationship with client leaders.
- Facilitate organizational communications regarding clinical asset lifecycle issues and makes connections between stakeholders needed to raise awareness, complete needed troubleshooting and facilitate timely resolution of issues.
- Identify trends of escalated issues or recurring problems and develops improved cross- functional processes to resolve those problems.
- Leverage expert knowledge to anticipate a wide range of future needs and opportunities and facilitates development of complex solutions.
- Use analytical interpretive/evaluative thinking to understand different situations.

- Strong healthcare business perspective and industry/market awareness
- Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to tie back to actionable, measurable plans
- Understanding of technology trends and directions
- Proven expertise in managing change
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong presentation, written/oral communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to draw insights from data
- Hard working individual and prepared to go the extra mile in a fast-moving environment
- Be a self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, culturally diverse environment
- 5 + years of experience in healthcare services delivery
- 3 + years of leadership experience in an acute-care hospital environment
- Advanced training in Lean/Six-Sigma process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field strongly preferred.
- MBA, Masters or advanced healthcare degree
