  • Design and develop silicon-based trench power devices for high-performance applications.
  • Evaluate electrical and thermal performance to ensure device reliability.
  • Lead device characterization and provide comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate devices into final products.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience, or
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of experience, or
  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience. (no Mechanical Engineering)
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor physics and reliability of silicon devices.
  • Proven experience in designing and fabricating medium to high-voltage silicon devices.
  • Proficiency with TCAD tools and familiarity with CADENCE layout and simulation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with high-voltage testing and data acquisition systems.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
