- Schedule delivery appointments for customers, ensuring optimal route planning and efficient use of resources.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that products are prepared for delivery in a timely manner.
- Monitor the delivery schedule and make adjustments as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, including customer feedback and any issues that arise during the delivery process.
- Provide support to the delivery drivers, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources for successful deliveries.
- Assist in improving delivery processes and procedures to enhance customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in logistics, scheduling, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling software is a plus.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.
