As a Mover for College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk and Moving, you work directly with our clients to complete their moving and junk removal projects. You build valuable skills in sales, marketing, logistics, customer service, equipment operations, project management, conflict resolution, and communications.   • Display a resourceful, flexible, friendly attitude.
  • Lead your team by example, demonstrating our core values in action.
  • Drive the truck safely.
  • Manage client engagement including job pricing and customer concerns.
  • Complete junk removal and moving jobs efficiently without damages.
  • Make logistical decisions for efficient operations.
  • Help to train new hires in the day-to-day operations and core values.
Qualifications
  • Able to lift 75 pounds.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Reliable transportation to work.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Drug and alcohol-free.
  • Pass background check.
Compensation: Earn $16 - 18 per hour plus tips and commissions when fully trained.Perks
