- Under direct supervision, provide administrative support for commercial real estate transactions.
- Open new orders, follow up on status, keep the deals on track to hit specific transaction milestones.
- Maintain and track changes to client account profiles, research new client opportunities and monitor market trends.
- Provide marketing assistance, client outreach and attend local industry events, as needed.
- Professional communication skills both verbal and written, a proactive approach to your responsibilities and a keen customer service acumen.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 platform and ability to quickly learn other applications, i.e. Salesforce, ClarityFirst, Concur, property search tools.
- 1-3 years in business environment, preferably in a commercial real estate or legal setting.
- College degree preferred.
