- Learning and applying knowledge of customized Invoice Automation Solutions for each client.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing requests and facilitating invoice and file exchanges.
- Executing various Accounts Payable and payment-related functions at the direction of clients.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members.
- Processing and entering international invoice data accurately, while following data policies for micro-hedging.
- Complying with all applicable policies, standards, guidelines, compliance requirements, and controls.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- High school diploma or GED
- Microsoft Office experience is required
- General computer literacy and touch-typing skills are required
- Previous client service experience strongly preferred
- Previous data entry experience in an office setting preferred, not required
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision
- Organized and able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of relevant experience
