- The Sales Support Specialist will help deliver our marketing strategy for products and services and associated brand(s).
- In this role, you will collaborate with senior staff to assess customer needs to determine appropriate products, services and/or solutions.
- Assist with sales and marketing to help compare competitor capabilities with business capabilities.
- Help identify, analyze and recommend solutions for problems that occur.
- Assist marketing and sales manager, marketing manager, or product manager.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
