- Analyze and qualify leads originating from various inbound activities.
- Perform research to develop and nurture leads, ensuring their qualification.
- Conduct and lead intro calls with small to medium-sized leads.
- Nurture and expand a prospect database within the assigned territory.
- Establish robust relationships with prospects, identifying key stakeholders and generating interest.
- Manage and meticulously track all activities in the CRM system.
- Provide valuable market insights as the primary point of contact with prospects.
- Guide solid leads through the sales funnel, connecting them with sales personnel and arranging meetings.
- Demonstrate expertise in identifying high-value opportunities and effectively managing early sales funnel activities.
- 1 year of professional work experience as an SDR within the tech industry
- Independent, fast-learning, self-motivation, positive, and never give up attitude
- Passion for startups and their culture (Being well networked in the startup ecosystem and a regular at key startup events is a big plus)
- Passion for technology and a desire to make a major impact at a high-growth startup
