The candidate will ideally have a training in quantitative methods and excited about discovering physical principles of biological organization.Minimum Requirements:
  • PhD in a scientific disciplines, ideally Biology, Bioengineering, Physics or Math.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in live imaging and image analysis in tissue or stem cell cultures.

  • The work is performed on-site or at a designated assignment location.

  • Lead a research project on tissue morphogenesis using zebrafish as a model system.
  • Design and conduct experiments by implementing all the necessary step for data generation.
  • Perform data analysis and develop novel computational approaches.
  • Develop mathematical descriptions for the acquired data and work with our theorists collaborators to implement new theories.
  • Integrate with the rest of the lab and perform required duties, e.g. attend lab meeting, coordinate occasional zebrafish maintenance needs, attend lab functions.
