Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Resin Handler to join their team. As a Resin Handler, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Resin Maintenance HandlerLocation: Turtle Lake, WIShift: 2-2-3 schedule, 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7amWhat's the Job?
  • Forklift operation
  • Delegate duties as instructed by the Supervisor and supervise operations within the department.
  • Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to coach, mentor, and lead a team.
  • Perform troubleshooting and assist with corrective actions to resolve issues.
  • Communicate effectively with production and other support departments to ensure smooth operations.
What's Needed?
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience in the Resin department is ideal.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work well with others.
  • Professional and tactful communication skills are required.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Email, Google Sheets, and other applications.
