
Product Manager - Small Business Banking

Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with the bank's objectives and customer needs.
Manage a portfolio of small business banking products, including performance evaluation, opportunity identification, and compliance oversight.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform product direction.
Own and prioritize the product backlog; collaborate with technology, operations, and other cross-functional partners to ensure effective delivery.
Serve as the voice of the customer, translating feedback into actionable insights and product enhancements.
Partner with internal stakeholders, including Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales, to support product success.
Monitor product performance, identify and mitigate risks, and regularly report progress to leadership.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and iterative development.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a relevant role within the banking industry.
Familiarity with the needs of small business or commercial banking clients.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working within an Agile product development framework.
Team-oriented mindset with a positive, collaborative approach.Preferred:
Experience in a traditional or regional banking environment.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in banking product development.
