Description:We are currently seeking 3 reliable, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Cascade Home Center in Dallas, Oregon. Positions are 1 part- time and 2 full time and are perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in home improvement or tools, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Must be available on weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and provide helpful, knowledgeable service
  • Assist customers in locating products and offering guidance based on their needs
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Restock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and help keep displays organized
  • Stay informed about product features and store promotions
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive shopping experience
Requirements:Qualifications:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn about hardware and home improvement products
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends
