- Manage communications with students regarding programmatic deadlines, requirements, and events.
- Organize, execute, and direct programmatic professional development events.
- Manage & develop content for program Website.
- Create and distribute program newsletter.
- Maintain confidential office records.
- Generate data insights to guide program decision-making.
- Manage, design, develop, modify, and present programs. Perform program needs assessment and make recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with staff & leadership to support the program and its students.
- Implement policies and procedures.
- Maintain budget, prepare contracts, approve, and monitor expenditures, prepare budget requests and financial reports.
- Act as liaison to internal departments, external entities, and community organizations.
- May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.).

Bachelor’s Degree.
Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
Required Experience

Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.

Three (3) years of relevant experience.Additional Qualifications ConsideredA qualified candidate in this role will be a self-starter who can design and implement new program initiatives. They will also be able to work collaboratively with staff, faculty, and students to achieve goals and can effectively manage & prioritize multiple projects at the same time. Qualified candidates will have experience with developing and managing databases to track program outcomes and drive insights. Experience with survey design and coding are a plus.Physical Requirements/Work Environment
