
ISD Global Support Technician

- Check IT ticketing system throughout the day and resolve tickets within designated Service level agreements metrics
- Perform troubleshooting to resolve problems within manufacturing production, an office environment, and other sites . Notify team members of problem source to assist in the resolution and escalate.
- Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes to PC, peripherals, telephony, and printer devices.
- Support and Troubleshoot Video Conference equipment.
- Provide technical support for Active Directory and SCCM, along with hands-on assistance for servers and network equipment. Responsibilities may include network monitoring, change coordination, configuration management, drawing documentation, and hardware/software upgrades.
- Support Virus Remediation and security incident response.
- Manage the local IT asset inventory, stockroom, and CMDB
- Manage on call/afterhours support for responsible office and manufacturing locations (Where Applicable).
- Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma plus 3 years of experience in related IT Field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a related IT Field.
- Experience working with remote control software applications
- Experience with Windows operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems by leveraging provided tools
