Performs non-production activities that support the manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance
Follows all applicable standard work, process documentation, policies, and procedures.
Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.
Support continuous improvement activities to improve quality, safety, process, and employee development.
Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and other activities watching over company resources.
Applies Cummins Operating System (COS) practices and Operations Excellence (OE) methodology throughout the plant.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Manufacturing Knowledge - Demonstrates the knowledge of manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function's needs and contribute towards continuous improvement

Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
Experience
Requires some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
