- Operate State-of-the-Art Machinery: Showcase your expertise by managing Citizen and Tsugami Lathes.
- Adapt and Innovate: Manage offsets, tool changes, and produce efficiently with minimal oversight.
- Inspect and Maintain: Carry out visual and dimensional inspections using specialized equipment.
- Preventative Care: Keep machines in prime condition with routine maintenance.
- Documentation & Quality: Utilize ERP and QMS systems to uphold quality and traceability standards.
- Ensure Safety: Always work within established PPE and safety guidelines.
- Experience: Previous work in Class I, II, or III medical device environments is a plus.
- Knowledge & Precision: Strong math skills, understanding of GMP/ISO standards, and GD&T.
- Communication: Excellent English skills are necessary for collaboration.
- Problem Solver: Ability to identify and resolve nonconformances efficiently.
- Completion of high school or equivalent, with a preference for technical schooling.
- A solid foundation of 2-5 years’ experience in regulated manufacturing.
- Physical demands require bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and precise hand movements. You’ll also need to work amidst a variety of industrial materials safely.
- Expect to leverage machinery like CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), CNC Swiss Lathe, and CNC Lathe (5+ axis).
