  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Providing accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally.
  • Documenting customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
  • Gathering customer feedback to relay to management for service improvement.
  • Assisting customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
