- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally.
- Documenting customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
- Gathering customer feedback to relay to management for service improvement.
- Assisting customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
