Customer Loyalty Professionals act as advocates, building confidence in our business to ensure our customers feel safe and protected. We are looking for individuals that excel in using problem-solving skills to find a solution that will benefit both our customers and our business.

Teamwork is important for us here at Vivint. As a Customer Loyalty Professional you will have the support of a Supervisor and Performance Specialist, both of whom will coach you regularly to ensure success. Throughout your employment, you will receive continual education on policies, procedures, and soft skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Create a connection & maintain a high level of professionalism with customers.

Actively answer incoming phone calls to support customers in addressing their product or service inquiries.

Confidently propose the best options to the customer based on their specific needs.

Retain new and end of term customers through resolving customer issues and renewal offers.

Update customer information in our software during and after each interaction.

COMPENSATION:

$12.50/hr during training

$12.50/hr + uncapped commission after training

Required Skills and Experience:

Verbal and written communication skills

Well-versed in modern technology

Passion for providing quality customer service

Must be at least 18 years old

Must be available to attend 2 full weeks of paid training & commit to 6 months in the department

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to successfully pass a background check
