  • Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of programs from pursuit to launch to production as a key PDT finance stakeholder.
  • Responsible for tracking and maintaining approved business case metrics focusing on profit enhancement and commitment reduction.
  • Responsible for handling technical engineering change requests internally/externally and accurately reflect the impact through financial road maps.
  • Responsible for the preparation and business case development of Capital and Tooling projects.
  • Responsible for evaluation of new business opportunities identifying risks through sensitivity modeling and financial analysis.
  • Works with a complex bill of material to understand product costing and related cost drivers.
  • Controls the appropriation process for program lifecycle spending and challenges cross functional teams to identify ways to reduce cost.
Position RequirementsRequired:
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in similar role
  • Strong experience with automotive change management within the full lifecycle of program management, business planning, product costing, product pricing, and resolving financial issues.
  • Strong finance skills and familiarity with business case preparation showcasing financial metrics (IRR%, NPV, PB, Gross Margin, Operating Income and Cash Flow from Operations).
  • Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional financial modeling and analysis skills.
  • Experience with Power BI dashboard development and proficiency with DAX coding.
Preferred:
  • Finance, operations, and business experience
  • Experience in manufacturing and automotive
Education Requirement Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent required, MBA preferred
