Senior Project Manager - Water and WastewaterHalff has an immediate opening for a Water and Wastewater Senior Project Manager in our growing Fayetteville, AR location. The successful incumbent will be responsible for overseeing complex projects; ensuring projects remain on schedule and within appropriate timelines and allocated budget, while also leading technical staff and fostering valuable client relationships.Required competencies:
  • 6+ years of hands-on targeted experience providing support to Water/Wastewater Utility projects: Water/Wastewater treatment, pump stations, water storage, gravity/pressure sewer, waterlines
  • Adept in project planning, execution and closure, ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing quality assurance to mitigate potential risk to ensure project success
  • Proven track record of demonstrated experience of prioritizing and managing projects ranging in complexity
  • Maintain ongoing communication to support clients and act as primary point of contact, managing expectations to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal staff, ensuring every aspect of the project scope is aligned with standards and successful execution of the project plan
  • Facilitate communication and engagement with stakeholders, including client's, regulatory agencies and additional relevant parties
  • Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations and obtain necessary permits
Desired competencies:
  • Water/Wastewater treatment experience, is a plus
  • Experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS PRO, InfoWater (or Water CAD, or Sewer CAD) is a plus
Educational requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering, preferably civil, biological, or environmental
  • Licensed PE, preferably in Arkansas or can obtain within 6 months
