- Develop monthly and quarterly strategic plans designed to achieve revenue targets.
- Define and develop new business opportunities that clearly reflect the company's vision and priorities.
- Build and maintain sustainable strategic business relationships in key accounts by training, educating, and selling innovative technologies.
- Drive sales revenue to exceed division priorities.
- Stay current on BSC products, programs, and competitive knowledge.
- Uphold all the quality policies outlined within sales structure consistently and completely.
- Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality.
- Understand and comply with all regulations governing our work and comply 100% of the time with all BSC corporate policy and procedure initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2+ years relevant business experience
- Proven clinical excellence in respective disease states
- Documented sales success
- Gastroenterology and/or Pulmonary Endoscopy experience
- Direct Flexible Endoscopy sales experience
- Successful expansion of surgical call points in respective territory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated top 10% performance in critical competencies
