  • Oversee the daily operations of PEMB construction projects ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and materials for timely project completion
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure safety standards, quality control, and compliance with building codes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to construction processes, equipment, and personnel
  • Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and the project team to provide updates and address concerns

  • Proven experience managing construction projects involving pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) and tilt wall
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and quality control processes
  • Open to travel across the nation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with clients
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications
  • Skilled in problem-solving, time management, and adapting to changing project needs
