- You are pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college/university with an expected graduation between December 2025 and Summer 2026, preferred.
- You have a minimum GPA of 3.0
- You have people skills and personal courage (participating in meetings, asking questions, etc.)
- You have the ability to learn and adapt to new systems (financial reporting system, accounting systems, etc.)
- You have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- You have good verbal and written communication skills
- You have proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have strong organizational skills
- You have a proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail
- You have proven analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills through course work, projects, and/or previous internship experience
- You have demonstrated leadership and teamwork through projects and/or extracurricular involvement
