Manager of Merchandising & Marketplace ProductsThe salary range for this role is $105,000 to $136,000/annually and is a remote (EST) role.Manager of Merchandising & Marketplace ProductsYou’ll never be bored in this role - Managing a software development & support team and collaborating across multiple lines of business to ensure the delivery of technology products that provide value to our customers and team members. This leader will develop and deliver the technology enablement plan for products across multiple business lines including IT Enterprise Products, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Omni-Channel, Real Estate, and others as needed with a complete understanding of the business objectives. These include increasing the profitability of existing technology products and helping develop new products and processes for the company. This leader will build products from existing ideas and help to develop innovative ideas based on industry experience and contact with customers and prospects. The individual must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.The DetailsWhat You Need:

What You’ll Do:Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Directly manage a team of diverse professionals including but not limited to, Software Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers & Analysts, Business Analysts, and other team members as added or necessary.
  • Gather and analyze customer/stakeholder needs and market trends and use that knowledge to drive features and enhancements that provide Aaron’s customers and associates with exceptional value.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics of products.
  • Create business requirements from multiple inputs across the organization.
  • Create both internal and external product documentation and release notes.
  • Act as the subject matter expert of product domain.
  • Maintain and manage a broader set of products within a domain.
  • Understand both the near and long-term product strategy.
  • Mediate between the overall business and technology to understand business needs and technology requirements.
  • Developing and implementing a go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
  • Analyzing potential partner relationships or building decisions for the product.
Additional Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8 - 10 years of related business experience.
