- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Directly manage a team of diverse professionals including but not limited to, Software Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers & Analysts, Business Analysts, and other team members as added or necessary.
- Gather and analyze customer/stakeholder needs and market trends and use that knowledge to drive features and enhancements that provide Aaron’s customers and associates with exceptional value.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics of products.
- Create business requirements from multiple inputs across the organization.
- Create both internal and external product documentation and release notes.
- Act as the subject matter expert of product domain.
- Maintain and manage a broader set of products within a domain.
- Understand both the near and long-term product strategy.
- Mediate between the overall business and technology to understand business needs and technology requirements.
- Developing and implementing a go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
- Analyzing potential partner relationships or building decisions for the product.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 8 - 10 years of related business experience.
