
Area Sales Manager (Tennessee Region)

- The ability to create healthy tension to disrupt status quo.
- Follow a defined and complex sales process with an average sales cycle of 6-9 months.
- Build clinical, financial, technical, and administrative sponsorship through expert industry knowledge and intense customer strategic discovery.
- Build support from Nephrologists and Medical Officers
- Identify key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales of the Tablo within an assigned sales territory.
- Overachieve quarterly sales targets.
- Develop expert level knowledge of Dialysis.
- Make the economic case for Tablo through a robust hard dollar ROI.
- Ensure adherence to Company Quality policy.
- Negotiate complex contracts including software and IT provisions, cybersecurity, and business associate agreements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in healthcare capital selling meeting and exceeding budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 10 years sales experience in selling disruptive MedTech.
- Experience selling Software Analytics and EMR integration.
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- 3 years Sales Leadership experience
- Selling in disruptive environments and influencing behavior change
