- Safely operate various types of equipment related to movement and transporting of bulk products as dictated by customer needs and requirements.
- Operation of equipment which includes, but is not limited to: Wheel loaders, E-Crane, Krupp Stacker/Reclaimer, D-9 and D-10 dozers, Ship loader, and CBUL.
- Perform all functions of terminal operations as directed by the Shift Supervisor or Plant Coordinator consistent with standard operating procedures and federal, state, and local regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on assigned equipment and report findings in accordance with policy and procedure.
- Perform all functions in a timely, efficient, and cost effective manner.
- Participate in and successfully complete required training and related testing.
- Actively participate in and promote our Safety, Quality, and Environmental Compliance (SQE) culture.
- Comply with Federal, OSHA, EPA, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
- Ensure assigned equipment and terminal housekeeping is conducted as required.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience in equipment operations and bulk handling facility.
- Ability to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) as issued by TSA (Transportation Security Administration).
- Ability to effectively communicate, orally (face to face and by telephone) and in writing, in English with coworkers, contractors, government officials, and Senior Management.
- Ability to read and understand written material (in English), including use and understanding of basic numerical calculations, safety rules and operations instructional guides and procedure manual.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Must have basic math skills; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be willing to work in protected areas at heights up to 45 feet above ground.
- Must be able to reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Must be able to hear and smell for deficiencies or hazards.
- Must be able to pass a respiratory fit test.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
- Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed as required.
- Must be able to respond to call-out as assigned.
- Must be able to work over water (dock).
- Must be able to work with a team, take direction from supervisor, keep required work schedule, focus on attention to details, and follow work rules.
