Job SummaryThis is a corporate position that will require a highly motivated and analytical person with excellent communication and presentation skills to partner with various departments to interpret financial, analytical, and business data as part of the preparation of materials supporting the Investor Relations.II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
  • Work closely with Investor Relations team to develop a clear and concise message to investors and analysts
  • Contribute to creation of materials for earnings press releases, presentations, and conference calls
  • Lead development of regular Investor Relations reporting to internal stakeholders, including a weekly summary of sell-side coverage and monthly update on key Investor Relations activities
  • Develop, manage, and maintain an active dialogue with key internal finance and business leaders to support the department's analysis efforts
  • Provide support for the department's ongoing shareholder outreach and relationship management efforts
  • Follow industry sell-side research, including tracking and monitoring financial models and consensus estimates
  • Develop a working knowledge of the peer group and provide insightful analysis on industry trends, including quarterly competitor analysis
  • Plan investor web presence and work with third party vendor to maintain website content

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Accounting, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant experience.
  • Experience: Five (5) years previous experience (in addition to education requirement).
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

  • Must be based in Houston area; no relocation provided.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
