As a Project Manager for our general contracting firm, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of construction projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, conflicts, and delays that may impact project timelines or budgets.

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, as well as building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.
