- Demonstrated track record in effectively and strategically recruiting volunteer chaplains and developing pastoral care initiatives that help enhance patient, guest, physician and staff experience. Required
- Demonstrated knowledge of strategic and financial/budget planning and management. Required
- Ability to effectively delegate, multi-task, and manage conflicting priority is essential. Required
- Ability to function in demanding, stressful and fast-paced environment. Required
- Skilled in crisis intervention. Highly adaptable and skilled in de-escalation and intervention of emotionally charged situations. Required
- Computer skills and proficiency in MSOffice, and EMR applications. Required
- Able to communicate effectively in additional languages Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years’ supervisory or management experience in a hospital setting Required
- Congregational pastoral experience Preferred
- 5 years’ management experience in an acute care setting in a medium to large size hospital setting Preferred
- Master's Degree
