- Serve as a central point of contact for assigned projects under the general direction of the Program Manager.
- Assist with the development, tracking, and execution of project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
- Support contract administration, reporting, and documentation in line with contractual and organizational standards.
- Monitor project deliverables, conduct quality reviews, and ensure adherence to established quality and performance standards.
- Prepare and deliver recurring reports, dashboards, and updates to internal and government stakeholders.
- Interface with technical, business, and support teams to ensure project alignment and timely issue resolution.
- Assist with vendor integration tasks and track vendor deliverables.
- Facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and maintain project documentation.
- Analyze project risks and recommend corrective actions where needed.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure compliance with DoD and ARL-specific requirements.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Must have either at least five (5+) years of relevant experience in project coordination, program control, or contract administration within a technical or government contracting environment, or a BA/BS degree or an AA degree with an additional two (2+) years of experience in a related field.
- IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with the ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures.
- Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
- A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems.

- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
