- Collect and post payments on patient accounts
- Provide clear directions and relay calls or messages as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe admissions area
- Support clinic operations by following all policies and procedures
- Adapt to changes and support your team with professionalism
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Associate's degree (Preferred)
- 1 year in a healthcare setting (Required)
- 1 year of customer or provider service (Preferred)
- Friendly, professional communication
- Intermediate computer skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and a true team player
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
