- Initiate, design, implement, and close out projects in support of the contract.
- Manage and provide leadership to team and ensure deliverables are being met.
- Perform second level reviews of contractor requests/records ensuring applied redactions are correct.
- Track and provide status updates of cases in a timely and accurate manner to Officer/Director.
- Work on special projects and tasks assigned by Officer/Director.
- Work on multiple assignments which includes prioritizing, tracking, and attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through on contract completions.
- Oversee quality control
- Attend all regularly scheduled meetings.
- Support onboarding of all on-site new hires (key personnel).
- Approve and oversee weekly leave and timecard approvals.
- Set project timeline and develop project schedules
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
- Manage Customer Expectations and Relationships throughout the project and beyond
- Familiarity with industry best practices in electrical
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Team Lead/Supervisory Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
- Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Experience managing and tracking FOIA requests, appeals and litigations and other projects
- Possesses and demonstrates strong effective leadership skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office 365 product, Adobe Pro DC.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
