SWBC is seeking a talented individual to assist with the development of the Company’s recruitment and selection strategies, and lead in the execution of these strategies to ensure that the staffing needs of the organization are proactively satisfied. The position will also serve as the communication liaison for everyone involved during the hiring process.Why you'll love this role:In this role, you will be a vital part of the Human Resources team by fulfilling the staffing needs of the organization.   • Builds and maintains a close working relationship with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
  • Reviews resumes/applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and provide information about the organization and position.
  • Assists with writing job descriptions and keep records current.
  • Creates and places job advertising in various media.
  • Facilitates the administration of all pre-employment assessments and screenings.
  • Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Utilizes internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
  • Recommends and coordinates special programs and incentives for managers to support the recruitment efforts.
  • Works with external recruiters and temporary agencies to identify and recruit candidates.
  • Develops and updates division organization charts and maintain company staffing report.
  • Manages staffing requests for temporary help.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum three (3) years of recruitment experience.
  • Knowledge of federal/state laws regarding employment and the ability to counsel hiring managers on the hiring process and laws associated with hiring.
  • Demonstrate superior interpersonal skills needed for working with all levels of management.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills along with good business judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and the internet.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow through on commitments.
