Our Sr Partner – Employee Engagement & Insights will first focus on building a deep and complex understanding of the organization, our culture, and our employee and leadership needs. Grounded in this understanding, they will build and implement key components of a comprehensive, multimodal suite of bespoke employee sentiment and engagement programs and tools, from concept to implementation. These may include leading employee experience surveys, their interpretation and related action planning, developing engagement and retention programming and tools, and building focus groups and pulse surveys in support of client needs. - Contributes to the design and execution of a core Talent Management program by owning the comprehensive development and delivery of specific program components/programs that address complex business needs and align to broader program strategy.
- With limited support of management and/or a project or program manager, translates core Talent Management program goals into the creation and implementation of a variety of high-quality, client-focused tools, resources, and experiences that address complex business needs and priorities.
- Independently owns and manage projects or workstreams within the larger program, applying sound judgment as well as in-depth understanding of Talent Management and business needs, requiring only occasional guidance.
- Independently leads the creation and delivery of high-quality, high-impact resources and experiences including presentations, workshops, frameworks, and toolkits that support development, leadership, performance, and engagement goals, requiring only occasional guidance.
- Serves as a consultative partner to assigned business areas, helping leaders understand and apply Talent Management best practices and supporting successful, client-focused adoption and implementation of a variety of Talent Management solutions.
- Seeks, interprets, and applies data, employee input, and stakeholder feedback to inform decisions, ensuring that all deliverables are well-tailored to the needs of clients and the business.
- Designs thoughtful change management and stakeholder communication to drive adoption and impact of Talent Management programs across the organization.
- Leverages advanced knowledge of Talent Management practices and strategy, positive internal relationships, and a strong understanding of organizational and client needs to influence and drive successful outcomes.
- Collaborates across the Talent Management team and with HR partners to support cross-functional initiatives and align program delivery with broader HR strategies.
- Continuously builds Talent Management expertise and business acumen and stays current on business trends and industry practices to support program evolution and improvement.
- At least five (5) years of experience driving business outcomes through the ownership, design, and delivery of varied talent programs and resources.
- Advanced understanding of talent management practices and talent program design, as well as advanced consultation, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience and proven effectiveness as a trusted and influential consultative partner to internal client
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent.
